Exercise therapy for babies
The primary rule for the success of physical therapy at any age is its compliance with age characteristics.
Only a well-trained specialist can work with babies. It is important to follow the rules of scattered load, and the initial duration of the load should not be more than 7 - 15 minutes.
The baby grows very quickly at the beginning of his life. His height, body weight, leg size, and chest volume are increasing at tremendous speed. Gradually, the baby’s movements acquire a meaningful character, become physically complete and expedient. But even then, serenity rather than concentration still prevails in the mind of every child. After conducting surveys, it was found that children aged 2 years are physically active 60% of the time, not counting sleep. And at 3 years old physical activity reaches 70%.
So, the doctor selects simple loads for children of this age group that do not require serious concentration. This could be: swimming, massages or passive training. Then outdoor games based on physical therapy are included.
