Physical education entertainment for children of senior and preparatory groups “In the Land of Fun Balls”

Goal: Creating a favorable emotional atmosphere in the process of sports entertainment.

Tasks:

  • Strengthen ball handling skills;
  • Develop children’s physical qualities: agility, speed, motor memory;
  • Continue to teach carefully, listen and follow the rules of the relay races;
  • Cultivate a competitive spirit, the ability to react positively to the victory of rivals.

Equipment: large rubber balls, balloons according to the number of children, 8 pcs stands, inflatable balls, 2 pcs hop-off balls, 2 gymnastic sticks, hedgehog balls, baskets, crawling arcs, 10 pcs hoops, 2 basketball baskets .

Progress of entertainment:

Relay "Dexterous ball"

The teams stand in columns. Each participant must run the distance: running around the cones, roll a large ball (fitness ball) to the finish line, return to the starting point in a straight line, and pass the ball to the next player. The team whose members covered the distance without knocking over the cones wins.

Relay race “Carry the ball”

Team members are divided into pairs. Each pair, holding a balloon between their heads, must snake around the cones and return to the starting point in a straight line. The team whose members covered the distance without dropping the ball wins.

Relay "Bumps"

Each participant, stepping over the bumps, must get to the hoop with balls, take the ball, return to the starting point and put it in the basket. The team whose members finish the relay first wins.

Relay race "Throw the ball"

Each participant goes through the distance: taking the ball, jumps over the gymnastic stick, climbs over the gymnastic bench, crawls sideways under the arc. Then, having thrown the ball into the hoop basket, he returns to the starting point. The team that finishes the relay first wins.

Relay "Pass the Ball"

The teams line up in columns. The captain stands in front of each team and throws the ball to the child standing first. The child, having caught the ball, throws it back and stands at the end of the column. The team whose participants finished the relay race faster and did not drop the ball wins.

Captains' Competition "Ball Bouncing"

The captains take turns hitting the ball off the floor with one hand. The winner is the one who hit the ball the most times and whose ball did not roll away.

Outdoor game “Riddles and guesses”

Pictures with symbolic images of different sports are laid out around the hall. An audio recording of cheerful music plays. Children run around the hall at random. The presenter raises the ball above his head (Tennis, football, volleyball, basketball). When the music ends, players stand around a picture that depicts the symbol of the sport in which the ball is used. Participants who name the sport and the athlete who plays it are awarded hedgehog balls.

Sedentary game “Pass the ball around”

Participants form a large circle. Through one, children hold small hoops. An audio recording of rhythmic music is played. Children pass the balls around, passing them through the hoop from top to bottom. When changing the tune, children pass the hoops to those standing next to them, and others pass balls through them in the same way.

Ball: How wonderfully you played today: You threw deftly and hit the target. I'm glad that you are friends with physical education. Sports skills are needed at school.

The ball counts the hedgehog balls received by the teams, names the winner and gives balloons to all participants.

Goals: to consolidate with children knowledge about sports, athletes, types of sports; to evoke respect for Russian athletes, pride in the winners of the Olympics, and to generate interest in sports games; cultivate a desire to exercise and take care of your health; develop speech and activate children's vocabulary.

Integration of educational areas : cognition, physical education, health, communication, socialization, artistic reading.

Preliminary work: the teacher’s story about the history of the development of the Olympic Games, familiarization with the achievements of Russian athletes at the Olympics, with the attributes and symbols of the Olympic Games; conversations about sports, physical education, their impact on human health; reading proverbs, sayings, poems on sports topics, inventing and guessing riddles; organizing and conducting games - relay races during walks.

Progress of the game.

Children, we will now play a game - a quiz. I will ask you questions about sports, and you will answer them. For each correct answer, receive 1 point. But don’t forget that you need to raise your hand and not shout out from your seat. Answering from the spot does not count. Now we will divide into two teams - “Snowflake” and “Luchik”. At the end of the game we will count the points. The team with the largest number will receive “gold” awards, and those with the fewest will receive “silver”. The teacher forms teams taking into account the fact that each team should have the same number of strong children. Announces the first task: answers to questions.
