We are pleased to welcome you to this hall. It is no coincidence that we have gathered here today. We all know that in order to be healthy, fit, strong, we need to engage in physical education and sports. It is known that health is the most important value of human life. What else can you do to stay healthy? And today we want to offer you a quest game, at the end of which you will find out what else strengthens our health, increases interest in life, good spirits, strengthens not only our physical health, but also our psychological one. 4 stations await you. At each of them there are station managers with tasks. Route sheets will serve as your guide to the station. At each station you will receive a key to the next stop. Teams choose captains and come up with a name for their team. Captains receive a backpack for traveling attributes. Description of stations
1 station “Fishing” (preparatory group) Musical accompaniment - croaking frogs
In front of the participants is a pool with multi-colored balls, at the bottom there are flat fish. On the card there is a task: With your eyes closed you need to catch 20 fish. The reward for completing a task is matches. Once all the fish are collected, players receive the key to the next station:
Players must guess that the inscription can only be read by going to the mirror.
After reading, participants go to the guessed station. Stage 3
Educator: “You guys are great, we were able to overcome the next stage of our route and help the monkeys.” “What do we need to do next”?
Children look at the map. The phonogram “Roar of crocodiles” plays. After looking at the map, the guys need to pass the “crocodile river” test.
“Crocodile River”: children need to go through the “crocodile river” using module skis. The guys get on their skis in groups of three and walk at the same time. One of the children returns for the next team members until the entire team has moved to the simulated mini-islands. After passing the test, children find themselves on mini-islands and find the next coin with the letter “P”.
Stage 4

“Carry the log”: the team divides into pairs, takes the “cuttlefish” pose and carries the “log” (soft module). When the whole team has moved the “logs,” the children need to, in pairs, jump over the obstacle between these “logs.” Find the next coin with the letter “F”.
Stage 6
They look at the map, enter the “cave” (they leave the music room, in the corridor, follow the tracks again to the hall). As you enter the hall, find the next coin with the letter “A”.
Stage 7
“Crawl the tunnel”: children crawl through the tunnel one after another, helping each other.
Stage 8
"Relax":
The team, having passed the tunnel, see a chest. The teacher invites the children to sit around this chest. The discussion begins. The teacher asks the children what they liked. What a difficult test it was for them. Children express their impressions of the path traveled.
